Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to lodge a complaint about the services I took from BAX Logistics Ltd to shift my house belongings to a new residence. The order was placed on 5th March 19 in Delhi and items were picked up on the next day itself to be delivered in a week’s time at Bangalore as discussed.
While unpacking the cartons at the new address, I was really shocked to see few of the items were destroyed or were in worse condition, i.e., my fridge which was only 4 months old, had a strong dent on the front which is clearly visible and looks awful. The Microwave which was recently gifted by a relative has a crack on the front glass and now it is of no use. I had a dinner set consisting of 12 unique cutlery and half of them had been broken.
Though it puts you in a situation of anger and grief, I would strongly recommend digging out for the cause of what has happened in my case. Have a control over labor that was involved in the transportation. As a reputed logistics company, I have immense trust that, I would receive the reimbursement of the damaged goods soon.
