Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my feedback about your hotel.
Last month my family and I were on a vacation to Auckland and we choose to stay in your hotel for a week between 11-October to 17-October.
I really adored the bed in room #1203 and it is as good as new. I had witnessed breathtaking views from the balcony, which was the memorable part of my tour. I appreciate the hospitality services provided by the staff.
Having said that, there were few disappointments. Firstly, the heating system in the room was time-worn and had to consult the reception several times to have a working machine. On top of that, the menu in the cafeteria is limited and there weren’t any authentic cuisines.
I would like to suggest, improving the quality of heaters in rooms or else please having the backup machinery. Apart from this, it would be a good idea to include more and more dishes in an eatery. Nonetheless, I had a good stay.
Please do not hesitate to contact me at the above email.
Yours faithfully,
Sudheerkumar Motakatla
