Essay topics:

You have recently visited a local school in your community. It needs people who can help renovate the building and also help with some activities. Write a letter to the principal of the school and say
– How would you be able to help?
– When and why would you do it?
– Who will help you to do it?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am one the visitors of the school last week. I had a great weekend and writing to let you know that school needs renovation and some activities, willing to help my colleagues.

I noticed that second building wall paintings are completely washed away and physical teacher will be on leave for next two months. I am part of the Social Club of our company and we regulary carrout some activities to help in the community. With your permission it is a pleasure to help the school and enrich our locality.

On Saturdays, we can conduct some of the activities for kids like games, sports and excursions. We will ensure to take care of the activities planned by trainee on this day. SImilary we can paint on sundays where there wont be a school and can avoid any potential damage to kids.

I Have already discussed with my club mates of the above plan and are excited to do. We will make a detailed plan for the next two months with volunteers and shall share if you permit us.

Awaiting for your confirmation.

Yours Sincerely,
Sumanth
