Dear Anna,
Hello, how are you? I am writing this letter to share the wonderful experience I had when I visited a museum during my trip to Singapore.
Last month, I along with my family planned our two-week holiday to Singapore which is a small island. It is not only famous for being the cleanest country in the world but also has many famous tourist attractions such as Universal Studios, Singapore Flyer, Gardens by the Bay, Night Safari, Birds Park and many more. We had great fun there enjoying the exotic sea food, shopping, and Singapore cruise.
On the sixth day of our trip we visited the National Museum of Singapore. Initially, I thought that it’s going to be monotonous but to my surprise I was astounded by the architectural beauty of the museum. Its was humongous and the nation’s oldest museum that seeks to inspire with the stories of Singapore and the world. Moreover, It depicted the history of Singapore from the 14th century in a story-telling approach with Images and film projected on its 15-metre high cylindrical walls.
As you know in my school days, I used to hate studying history but after visiting the National museum of Singapore I developed a keen interest in exploring the historical events of other countries as well. It was an enlightening trip where we developed the understanding of history of Singapore with so much ease without being bored.
I would recommend you to plan a trip to Singapore and do visit the National Museum of Singapore. It will be loved by you and your family.
Hope to see you soon, Take care.
With love,
Prabhpreet Kaur
