I am a student in your city and I study mechanical engineering at Harvard University and this is the last year I have been living in your city. I am going to Canada to do something.
I am writing a solicitation letter about the house I rented.I was looking for a home rent a month ago until I was able to find and rent a four bedroom house in your real estate agency a few days ago.
Two others and I want to live in this house, and when we move to a new home, we find that the home's cooling system is completely broken and that it should be repaired as soon as the cold season arrives.Another major issue with the house is that its electrical wiring is cut off every hour, which can damage the home's electrical appliances such as refrigerators, TVs, and laundry. We did not see any of these failures when renting And you didn't tell us either.
Another thing I have to tell you is that the rental price is very expensive for us. I want you to find someone else to share with us.Because we three people can not afford this high rent.
