Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to express my keen interest for the role of hotel receptionist at your reputed hotel as advertised in a local newspaper. I believe I am right fit for this role. Let me explain in detail.
To elucidate I have attained bachelors in Hospitality and customer services from Sydney University and have worked with many reputed hotel chains as a receptionist in my past life. Overall in a total working experience of 5 years where by I have been majorly responsible for making bookings, attending to call from customers, conflict management with the clients. Additionally I can speak a few lingo like French, Spanish and Arabic which can prove to be a most valuable skills while attending to foreign customers. Last year I was awarded the best employee of the year award from my employer for exceptional customer service skills.
Lastly I believe that working as a receptionist not only provides opportunities to interact with customers from different parts of the globe but also helps you to improve on key skills like customer service, conflict management. Therefore I am available for an interview on Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
