Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you about a vacant room, i have in my apartment. The same room i would like to give on a rent to student.
My apartment is located in central of city and which is quite easily connected with all modes of transportation, and is at a few minute walking distance from the college. Along-with that it's also easily accessible to multiplex and grocery stores. The Apartment is on the 5th floor in a 10 story building and it is a 3 bedroom flat with kitchen and a hall. The spare room is one of the bedroom comprises of wooden cupboard, a study table and double sized bed in it. Also, for some leisure activity a Television set and Music system has installed. At present me and my other friend from the college live in the flat and we would like to give on a rent to 2nd year graduate student, as we are also in the same year, so it will be easily for all of us to complete the assignments and we can help each other in our study.
