You recently had your computer fixed at a local computer store. However, you are not pleased with the service which you received.

Dear Sir,
I must tell you that i'm highly disappointed with the reputed firm like yours. The reason being the same issue that occurred in my computer which was already there before repaired by your firm. I have given for repairing work in Last week and my invoice number is 1245
I was in between of my important office work and suddenly the screen black out and computer didn't start after several efforts. I have lost all my important work, which i have to submit by end of this week to my boss. I'm really dissatisfied with the quality of work that your firm did, as it was promised to me that the issue won't happen in future as you have replaced some part of CPU. But, after use for only 2 days the problem appears again.
I want you to repair the same in utmost no time and for repairing work. As the fault is happened during the guarantee time given by you, it shouldn't cost me anything. I want you to pick up the computer from my place as soon as possible.
