You have a spare room in your flat or apartment and you want to rent it to a student. Write a letter to the director of the accommodation office at the local college. In your letter:
Explain where your apartment is
Describe the room
What kind of person would you like to rent it to.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I have a one-room available which I would rent it out to a single student at your college.
I am living in an apart based in Canal Garden block number A which is located on the opposite side of the main road. I believe it’s just barely ten minutes’ walk for students to reach college while using the corner street road which leads to the main entrance of the college. I must say that the apartment is situated in a very handy place to live because there are no. of restaurants are nearby, and public transport is available 24/7 for students to visit the downtown area over the weekend.
I must say that my apartment is situated in a very handy place because there are no. of restaurants are nearby, and public transport is available 24/7 for students to visit downtown over the weekend. The room which I have is medium-sized with an attached washroom and inbuild cupboard for a single student to live easily. Besides, it has a terrace to walk, and a separate entrance with a key to secure the essential belongings. Since I am living with my family in an apartment; therefore, I want to rent it out to a student who will take care of the cleanliness in the room, doesn’t listen to music loudly, and a non-smoker to prevent smelling in an apartment.
Please let me know if you would have any student to live in a family and friendly environment.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Regards,
