Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Mandeep Kaur. I was guest at your hotel , where i attended a business meeting . I am writing to you as i forgot my laptop in your hotel room.
Let me explain my booking more in details, I booked my room in your hotel for two days on dated 7 June and I leave your place 8 June at night. I stayed in room number 210 of your renowned hotel.
When I have reached home , I realised that my laptop left in hotel room . It is 15 inched black Dell laptop and there is a sticker of Barbie on left corner of keyboard which stick my niece on it. I often use it, so you can find there are some letters of keyboard are missing on it.
Could you ship it to me? I have valuable data on it, which I do not save any other device. Moreover, I have one more business get to gather on this Sunday, So I will be very thankful if i get it before that day. I will pay all include charges . You can send me your bank details as well.
I will apricate your prompt action.
