Dear Sir,
I am writing in connection with the article which you had printed in your magazine about India. The title of the topic was “Diversity in India” and it was printed on 26th November 2018. The article was interesting and I enjoyed reading it. However, I want to point that there was a grave mistake with the map. It didn’t show the state of Jammu and Kashmir as an Indian territory.
Let me give you more details on it. There are some parts of Kashmir which are illegally and forcefully occupied by Pakistan. Although, it is declared by the United Nations, that it is an integral part of India. This information is still not known to many people around the world. Therefore, I request you to immediately rectify it, to avoid any unwanted controversy.
Apart from this, I see that you have not covered anything on Southern Part of India. I would suggest exploring more on Temples of South India as well on Contribution of South India towards Science.
I am looking forward to seeing the corrected map and articles o Southern India soon.
Yours Faithfully,
R. Chandrasekhar
