Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to seek your permission to permit me to change my current hostel too to a new accommodation which is more comfortable as well as suitable for studies.
I am Prabhpreet Kaur, first-year student of MBA Course from Amity university. My student enrolment number is 154623. I am staying in room number 45 in the college hostel.
I find it very difficult to stay in the current room as the room is very small with no proper ventilation which is very suffocating. Moreover, the room is very stuffy with no place to walk due to which we were hurt several times with sharp edges.
I would request you to shift me to a new room which is big and airy so that there is no breathing issues. Furthermore, please provide me with a roommate who sincere towards her studies and do not talk loudly on the phone so that my it not only affects my studies but also I do not feel sleepy during my lectures.
I hope you will consider my situation and will allow me to change to a room which has more space to walk and windows for fresh air to come inside the room.
