This is to bring it to your notice that I am Manivasan who is staying in hostel room number 221 along with another student who is my class mate. I am writing this letter as I face a number of problems with this arrangement, and it has become highly cumbersome to adjust.

First of all, the room size is too small to accommodate a double bed. It has hardly space for a person to move around, and this is rather irritating for both of us. Another major problem is the toilet and wash room. As there is no separate wash basin option, one has to wait for the other person to come out of the wash room even to fresh-up - like washing face, brushing tooth. Needless to say, it has become time-consuming for both of us to get ready if we have to get ready at same time. So, you can realize how practically difficult it is to manage in such a minuscule accommodation.

It would be grateful if you can allot me a single accommodation as early as possible. This would definitely allow me to do my work in peace.
