Dear Mr. Barboza,
I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction in the room provided to me which I share with Ms. Racheal. My room number is 425 in the first floor of Building no. B.
The problem is that my roommate is a very social person, which means that there are people coming over to our room at all times. This creates a disturbance as I try to concentrate on my studies. Moreover, there are constant parties and loud music in the room. Additionally, she sometimes has a friend stay over at night, which makes me uncomfortable.
I am a very reserved person and my aim at this university is to score the highest marks possible in my capacity to land my dream job. However, all this disturbance is putting a halt to my attempts at getting good marks. With so much noise around, I am not able to complete my work on time nor am I able to get a good night's rest.
I request you to kindly arrange an individual room for me. I am willing to pay the extra rent as I do not see myself sharing a room with anyone else. This would give me space to concentrate on my oncoming exams.
I hope you could arrange this at the earliest possible. Awaiting your response on the same.
Yours Sincerely,
Malita Dsouza
