You need to do more physical exercise. Write a letter to your friend asking him to join you.
In your letter, you should tell:
• why you want to do physical exercise
• what type of physical exercise you are planning to do
• why you want your friend to join you.
Dear John,
I am writing this letter to kindly request you to join my weekly fitness program which is going to start on 24th of July in SportBox Gym in Izmir.
There are several reasons why I would like to go to gym these days. Firstly, I would like to embrace the summer in a fit body. Further, I believe that physical exercise motivates people so that it is source of positive energy. The last but not the least, I feel myself more disciplined when I go to gym regularly.
I plan to work indoors where I can do push-ups and benchpress to strengthen my biceps and triceps substantially. Apart from that I wish to do some exercise such as rowing or running with the aid of the fitness machines to increase my stamina.
I will be glad if you can join me since I know that you also plan to start working out due to your upcoming wedding in next October. Besides, if we start this weekly program together, we can encourage each other to follow the program in a regular manner in case we feel lazy or tired. A companion is essential to be disciplined in fitness, therefore we need to motivate ourselves with working together.
I look forward to hearing from you regarding my offer and hope to see you soon.
Best Wishes,
Ali Larter
