Suggest how your work could be covered while you are away

Dear sir,

I am writing to inform you that i need a break of one month, due to personal reasons which needs some attention.

My wife is suffering a lot for past two months because chest pain. Doctors have confirmed that, there is a block in one of the vein in her heart. So that surgery has to be done immediately to save her life. To take care of her, i need leave from (03-08-18 to 02-09-18).

I would be grateful to support and give my suggestions from hospital through my mail. Surely, i can keep my self updated by going through all the mails whenever there is a possibility. Perhaps, i can keep in touch with my team mates for clear status that is taking place in the office.

Meanwhile, my work will be carried out by any of my colleague, to whom i have taught all the process. However, my support will be there if they have any query. I will try my best to give my support at a possible way.

I look forward to hear if you have any suggestions.

Yours faithfully
Revanth
