I am writing to complain about none receipt of the cheque book i ordered for at your branch at broad street area on Lagos Island. Also, seeking your timely intervention in redeeming the bad service experienced.
The cheque book was requested for at your branch at number 214 broad street a month ago and your staff promised I will be contacted within two weeks to pick it up. However, it is over a month and i am yet to receive a follow-up call or mail from any member of your team. In addition, I sent an enquiry mail to your customer service centre to confirm status of my request last week and the mail was neither acknowledged nor replied. this is a service failure.
Please investigate this urgently with your team and revert on the your findings. Finally, ensure the cheque book is delivered not later than 24hours from now because i will be traveling for vacation next week.
