Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the poor service and food received at your restaurant yesterday by me and my colleagues when we visited to have lunch and chat up on activities relating to our old secondary school reunion planning.
we ordered for variety of your delicacies, jollof rice, fried rice, chicken and chips and coconut rice. but, unfortunately the chips we were served were over fried and burnt, so not edible. we called the attention of the manager and demanded a refund of the amount paid or a replacement be given but, he only apologized and insisted we cannot get a refund or a replacement for the food.
I am calling your attention to this so you can investigate, orient your staffs and make sure we get a refund because we could not eat the food and to encourage future patronage. I will also recommend you engage the service of a quality control staff so that the standards of food served per time can be maintained and regulated.
