Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude on your extraordinary effort which participate in making our latest birthday party memorable for my grandfather and all his guests. Last week, on 26th of November, the birthday party of my lovely grandfather has held at your great hotel. There were too many an elderly visitors in that event.
What makes our occasion to be a great is the spectacular professionalism that all staff have. I really was not expecting such an astonishing organization provided by your employee. they were allocating a special path for the visitors in order to avert any confusion. moreover, they specialized a plenty of parking for our attendees. The dinner was extremely delicious with wide range of various options.
On above of that, hotel has provided a unique services that really surprised me a lot, they offered a multi-sories chocolate cake with big photo of my grandfather by only $40. It's really amazing move as they helped me a lot, since I will never be able to provide such a cake in same price and even shape.
Finally, your work was so remarkable and you really made our day.
