Dear sir,
I am writing with regards to the missing document after the meeting at your hotel. There was a meeting held at your hotel on the last Friday evening, We were 10 people who booked the hotel from 3pm to 6pm. we were seated at the right end corner of the room and I sat near the window. I believe i must have left the papers on the side rack of the window.
The paper contains the important designs of our company new project and it need to be submitted on this coming Thursday. It also contains the flight ticket of our employees traveling on a business trip. In addition, the information of the new recruits and their contacts information are on those papers.
I would really appreciate if you can find those papers and secure them. Also since I am out of town and will arrive on the Thursday morning I would request you to post the paper to my office address directly. I will do the payment for the postal charges.
I am awaited for your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Vincent Moron.
