My Name is Naga, I am writing this letter regarding the essential papers those I left at your hotel during my last stay which was a week ago.
I checked-in to your hotel on the 22nd of February and checked-out on 6th March, that is around a fortnight stay for my business trip. I was in Room 424, it is on the 4th floor and extreme end. As per my knowledge, I think I left those documents either on the table which is in the hall or drawer which is in the bedroom.
The documents are confidential and these are related to the innovative project and those contain critical designs and structures. Moreover, that is my 30 days effort and much needed, otherwise, I could lose my job and I can not live without the job.
