I hope that you are doing well.

This letter is regarding some important papers which i forgot in the hotel on last Sunday. i made a booking in your hotel from
21st to 25th March. My booking reference was MO-10254. I was allotted Room No-305 but due to heating issue, i was given room no-101 but i believe i missed to take my files from the side table box.

I work for IBM and i was leading the conference their as representative the IBM on AI technology and those documents are critical. if i do not submit those file, can harm my job. I have already given the notice for that.

I would like to request you to take some time check the room and ship it me. Although, You do not need to worry about the dispatch cost. I will be sending the shipping lable as soon as after you will reply me. please find my address 21 Parkington street P10H2, Toronto, Ontario Canada.

I would really appreciate your endeavor for searching and forwarding my files.
