Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction and complain about the poor quality of customer service I experienced in your store.
On 29th of September I visited your store in Rajouri Garden to purchase a beautiful white colour dress to wear on a party. The order number was WZ-8558 and I purchase for the amount of Rs 566 though my Debit Card. However, after coming back home when I tried the top it had a big black stain in the front.
Next day, when I visited your shop again to complain and wanted an exchange on the item or to refund my amount. The store manager refused by saying that it is against the store policy. I had to suffer due to staff’s mistake and honesty as I was not able to wear that dress for the party.
I hope you would assist me in either replace the dress with a new one or refund the amount that I made for purchasing the item.
