Dear sir,
I am Harry Singh, a regular customer of your renowned super market. I am writing this letter to complain you about the food I bought from your store and the consequences I had to struggle with.
It was Saturday evening, 22nd june and I came back from my long official meeting. I purchased a packed salad bowl, a bottle of orange juice and few other grocery items also. Since I did not had lunch, I was really hungry so I ate half of the salad with juice on my way to home.
However, the time I reached home, I started vomiting and felt severe headache. It was very unusual so I just checked what I ate and I was shocked to see that the salads were expired and it was the reasons for my poor health condition.
The least I request from you is that please look into this matter seriously. The package number of salad bowl is B114568, please remove all those lot from your aisle and also check other eatable items with expiry dates so that such mishappening does not repeat.
I have enclosed my order bill along with time date and expired items highlighted.
