Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing to you in reference to convey my dissatisfaction at a repair job to fix my computer which I received from your store. Let me explain the situation.
To elucidate the Apple mac book which I recently bought from your store was having charging problems from the day one. Firstly I tried to ignore the issue but later on I found that without the charging cable the laptop battery backup would last only for a few minutes so I took the laptop to your computer store and I was promised a resolution to the technical issue within a day. I was told by the technical staff that the battery was faulty and would be replaced free of cost as the laptop was covered under warranty. it has been a week since the computer has been repaired and the laptop is again showing the same problem which is irritating as it is hampering my preparation of exams as they are due next week.
Thus I would request you to provide a replacement of this laptop as it was bought from your last month.
I look forward to your immediate response and resolution.
