write a letter complaining about accommodation
Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing to give a feedback in reference to a recent stay I had at your hotel for two days. I am a regular business traveller and stay in a variety of accommodations but would like to let you know I was highly dissatisfied with your hotel accommodation due to a number of reasons.
Firstly, I had a confirmed booking for a deluxe room but the accommodation i was given when I arrived at your hotel was a standard room. This room was without air conditioning and despite my repeated requests to change my room no action was taken by the hotel staff.
Secondly, the room was unhygienic with dirty bed sheets, which were not even changed for days.I had requested the receptionist to change the same and replace it with new ones. After repeated requests from my side, the hotel staff came and replaced the bed sheet.
I would like to let you know this kind of unprofessional behaviour is hurting your hotel reputation. As you are also aware that most of the customers nowadays read the reviews before booking an accommodation, similarly bad reviews will definitely have a direct impact on your business.
Thus I would request you to look into this matter and take necessary action as soon as possible.
