Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my grievances with regards to the mobile phone that I ordered from your website during the clearance sale. Since it was a good bargain and available at an astonishingly low price, I decided to buy the Iphone X. However when I received the item, it was severely damaged.
Let me explain in detail. Firstly, the screen had a crack making it difficult to operate the phone. Even though I tried using it for a few days, the situation worsened and now the crack has spread across the whole phone. Secondly, according to the website I was supposed to receive a cover and screen guard, however, they were missing from the package. When I contacted the call center they said they will send it immediately, yet I am still waiting for the delivery.
Keeping my situation in mind, I request you to either replace the phone immediately or refund my money. Furthermore, could you please ensure stricter quality assurance before dispatching any items, to avoid such unpleasant situations in future.
I look forward to your co-operation.
Yours sincerely,
Mary Smith
