Dear Sir,
I am writing to you regarding few issues that I received from my colleagues. I have organised a meeting in your conference room on 22nd April'19.
All participants are very happy at your hospitality received while entering the hotel. Conference room was well decorated and all seating arrangements were perfectly fine. Staffs who were present inside hall always took care of participants.
However, despite all these good efforts from your staff, my colleagues were disappointed at the lunch. There were two main dis satisfactions. Firstly, lunch was served quite late, at around 2.30 P.M. though I had requested earlier to severe lunch on or before 1.30 P.M. Secondly, dishes were not only adequate in numbers but also dirty. Many teammates had waited for extra 30 minutes.
My suggestion is that always serve lunch on time because corporate meetings are time bounded. Entire schedule of the meeting might be changed due to delay in lunch. Furthermore, do count your serving plates beforehand so as to have smooth lunch time.
