Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to an all-day meeting held in your hotel last Monday. I am one of managers of U.S.B company who was in charge of arranging the meeting. I have to thank you for the VIP venue you chose for our meeting. It was not only very luxurious but also quite comfortable. All participants were really satisfied with the atmosphere of the venue.
But unfortunately, we received some negative feedback on food. In fact, they did not be pleased with the food which was served. They believe that the quality of food was really poor. As well as this, the taste of vegetarians was not considered at all.
I would like to suggest some points in order to improve the food because your hotel is uniqe in this area. Firstly, you should investigate the kitchen' s condition in terms of what materials are used for cooking and what types of food are being cooked for events. In addition, a second remedy would be that changing the master chef for a while. I would be really grateful if l could help you.
