Dear Sam,
I am John, one of your regular corporate clients from ABC Ltd. I intend to write this letter to share the feedback of my colleagues against yesterday’s meeting. We have been conducting different sessions and seminars at your hotel and I must say, experience has always been quite satisfactory.
Starting with the general feedback, all the attendees liked the environment, all the required equipments for meeting were available such as writing pads, pens, projector for presentation. Since it was a full day workshop so seating was expected to be comfortable and your team did not disappoint in this regard as well. However, I am afraid, people did not enjoy lunch at all. Food was served cold and dishes were not filled in time. Furthermore, some food items were bland to taste particularly fish. BBQ dishes were not properly cooked.Very few dishes were served in buffet and no dessert was available after main course.
It was a corporate lunch and expectations were quite high. For future reference, I suggest you to improve your serving time. Make sure that in corporate events like yesterday; appetizers, main course and dessert are served in precedence. Looking forward to your positive response on this.
