I am writing to complain about a delayed train that I recently booked to travel from Lahore to Karachi.
Let me elaborate the situation in more detail. Last week, I was travelling from Lahore to Karachi by your Shalimar Express train no.311A. When I purchased the ticket from Lahore, I was told that it will be arrived around 6O Clock in the morning. Unfortunately, the train reached the destination about five hours late because of the negligence of staff members.
However, I was required to reach Karachi for a job interview at sharp 10o clock. As I reached late, I was informed that another candidate has been selected for this position. I tried hard to explain the situation but the management was not convinced. Consequently, I missed a wonderful job opportunity in well reputed organization.
Considering the situation into account, I would like you to refund the money which I spent to buy the ticket. Furthermore, I would appreciate if you investigate this matter immediately and let me know about your decision.
