Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter in regards to my journey on the local bus, which I boarded on 15th march to commute from bandra to khar.
My name is steve smith, I reside in Khar, I was travelling in bus number 221 around 4.30pm. The driver of that bus seemed in a hurry and drove rashly. In addition, he even drove past the red light near bandra circle. Thus, putting the life of commuters at risk.
Moreover, when he was confronted by some elderly passengers, who requested him to slow down and follow the traffic rules. He not only shouted at them by saying not to teach him how to drive, he even threathened them to offload in middle of the road.
I would like you to take strick action against him by suspending him atleast for a period of 1 month for misbehaving and putting the life of passengers and commuters on road at risk.
