Dear Sir,
My name is Vishal Bhat, I am working with food organization in England. Recently I saw a notice for a tennis course in the newspaper and I have applied for the same. It is my dream to play tennis on a professional scale and this will become true soon I am hopeful.
However the course duration is of six months and my visa in England will expire in the coming month, so it will be challenging for me to complete the course. In addition to that, my wife is pregnant and I need to stay with her to support emotionally. Consequently, I have decided to discontinue the course and stay with her all the time in my home country India.
Furthermore, the course fee was the huge amount as per my budget and unfortunately, I am unable to continue the course. Therefore, I would request you to please refund the fee I paid for the course.
I hope you will understand my circumstance and do the needful.
