You saw an advertisement for a tennis course in England but you have one or two problems and can’t stay the whole course.
Write a letter to the course director. In your letter,
• explain your interest in the course
• describe your problems
• find out if a refund is possible
Dear Sir,
I am writing with regard to the advertisement of a tennis course which will start next week in Liverpool.
This course is of great interest to me as it will give me an opportunity to improve my skills as an amateur tennis player. Even though I am always trying to excel at this sport, the lack of proper guidance has always hindered my progress.
Although, I want to complete the entire course, there is a major issue of my internship. It will start in two months time and I have to move to London for the period of three months. As a result, I would not be able to continue the training.
I would like to know about your refund policy in this case. I can provide you the offer letter from my company if it is a requirement. As I will not be attending the course for last two months, a partial refund can also be acceptable to me.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Chris Lee
