I am writing in context to bring to light the recent parking problem we all have been facing in our apartment complex.
Let me explain the context. As you all are aware that we have a shared parking space amongst us and the number of cars have exceeded the available parking spaces. Also, it has been noticed that guests are occupying the resident parking spots rather than using the guest parking spaces.
In order to curb the situation, the following measures are suggested. Firstly, guests are requested to occupy their designated parking spots, so that the spaces are available in the resident parking spaces. Secondly, residents who have purchased their vehicles after January 2019 are requested to park outside the residential complex until the construction of the basement parking space is completed.
Since, this is a critical agenda, it would be discussed in the upcoming monthly residential meeting where additional possible solutions will be discussed. More details will be published in the apartment notice board.
