Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to give the feedback on the course that I have recently completed from your training center which is located in Downtown.
I would like to thank you for allowing me to enrol in the class on such a short notice. Although I am a novice participant in cooking, joining the batch helped me to learn basic techniques and ways for preparing food. The most amazing part of the lecture was to cook lunches for Orphanage homes, usually on Wednesdays, and dispatch them by ourselves.
I have been continuing this practice with my close acquaintances on weekends, and we collect old clothes for charity in distinct old age homes. In addition, I registered a non-profit charity organisation on my name so that more people like me could join who love to cook for such cause.
I would really appreciate it if you could commence the new class for Chinese cuisine which will help us to serve these communities in the sub-urban area of the town. Perhaps, I could also help to ask some of my friends to register for this class.
