Essay topics:

You recently travelled by plane. While you were at the airport, a member of staff helped you with a problem, and now you would like to show him/her your appreciation. Write a letter to the manager of the airport. In your letter

* explain what the problem was
* say how the member of staff helped you
* say what you would like the manager to do to reward the member of staff

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to recognise the services that your staff has been providing to the flyers at the airport.

Last month, I needed to travel from Chicago to New York for a dire official meeting with the big-brand client. Although I had booked the ticket in advance, the flight was canceled due to the bad weather condition. Also, most passengers were satisfied to take the next available airplane.

Because of the urgency, Mr. Aman Sood, at the airport counter assisted me to arrange a better way to reach New York. He booked the flight ticket from Detroit to New York and helped me to hire a taxi from Chicago.

I am pleased to use the services from your elite company. I am attaching a shopping coupon to this email and requesting you to forward this to him. I would be happy if you could also reward him with a new Airpods Pro that could be a great gift to him.

I hope that you would continue such services to all customers.

Yours Faithfully,
Apoorva Chikara
