I hope you are doing well,
I am writing to enquire concerning the one-week walking tour in the mountains that you have announced. As an adventurous man, since I saw the advertisement, I feel so passionate to take this tour. However, I have a couple of concerns that I hope you can help me with.
First, I would appreciate it if you let me know what dates are still available. As I need to get about a week off from work, it is better to inform my manager at least two weeks in advance. Also, as my budget is limited, please supply me with detailed information regarding costs, and do I need to provide anything like a tent, food, etc., or everything is inclusive?
On the other hand, the required fitness to be able to keep up is my other concern. Unfortunately, due to my busy work schedule, I don’t have time to work out regularly. Although I don’t have any concerns with long-distance walking, I have no idea about how difficult it would be to walk in mountains. As an experienced tour operator, please let me know if I need to have an advanced level fitted body to fulfil this challenge.
