I am writing this letter to explain and apologize for the inconvenience caused by the carpenter's work happening in my flat. Please allow me to elaborate on this.
Being a recently constructed flat, we have planned to design its interior by outsourcing to a firm named Blackwood interior decorators. Few of the furnishings have to be made of wood. Carpenters have been doing the required preliminary works such as cutting and drilling inside the premises itself, which actually creates more noise.
I sincerely apologize for the noise levels and disturbances. I have informed the workers to do all the basic works at their workstations or at the basement parking so that it does not disturb the nearby residents. Also, It has been clearly stated to them that all the works should be completed within the timings regularized by the Flats Association. Besides, the interior works will get completed in another 3 days.
