You took your family to a nearby restaurant. You were disappointed with the meal and wish to complain to the manager. Write a letter to the manager of the restaurant.
In the letter:
explain why you were at the restaurant
describe the problems
write about the action you want the manager to take
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing this letter to bring it to your notice of my recent awful experience in your restaurant. Please allow me to elaborate further.
As it was my wedding anniversary, I decided to have an exquisite dinner with my family at your restaurant last Thursday. I have known this place for years, especially for the hospitality and delicious foods. However, It was not all the same during our last visit.
We ordered two Hamburgers, a Cheese pizza and a Coke but it was served nearly half an hour late than expected. As we do not want to spoil our mood, we just let it go. But the next thing that happened was totally unpardonable. There were two strands of hair in the Cheese pizza which was completely disgusting and the pizza base crust appeared to be half-cooked and not well seasoned with the toppings.
We just went out canceling our order.
I was actually wondering how this could happen in such a popular restaurant. I urge you to look into this with the highest priority in order to avoid such cases in the future. It would be better if a stern warning is issued to the chef and bearers on that day for this incident.
Looking forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully.
Anand.
