Dear Mrs. Nga,
I am writing this letter to apologise for the immense noise from my house in the last weekend bordered you and your family.
As you may know, my house which has been built for over 20 years shows the signs of leaky roof and walls. After the pouring rains, my kitchen and bathroom floor were entirely covered with water to the ankles. Therefore, I hired a group of professional constructors to repair and rebuild the affected areas. Although wrapped carefully to restrict debris from the broken concretes and dust scattered around my house, the sound has still been thundering all day. I work outside and only come back home in the late afternoon. So it is my fault for ignoring this inconvenience.
Honestly, I appreciate your feedback that I can pay more attention to the construction progress which has been accelerated and improved soon. By the using old mattresses and soft materials to cover the ground, I assure you that help the noise be diminished as much as possible.
