Respected sir,
I am writing this letter to tell you that I am very displeased by the bus service of your company.
I wanted to bring this to your notice that recently my brand new suitcase was damaged while I was travelling in a bus of your company. The bus number was PB 3201. Before my trip began, I handed over my luggage to the driver who put it in the luggage compartment of the bus. However, after I arrived and unloaded my luggage, I found out that my suitcase was broken.
While I was travelling from amritsar to patiala my suitcase was smashed under the weight of other luggage. In that six hour journey, a wheel out of four on the suitcase came off, it was terribly scratched and it's extendible handle is also not working. Not to mention, it was a branded suitcase.
Since damage was caused by carelessness of your employee, I want a compensation of 1000 rupees. Please transfer the amount according to the above given details.
