You went to the local hospital’s Emergency Department with your young child who had severe stomach pains. You had to wait for almost four hours before your daughter was treated by a doctor and, while you were waiting, you were constantly ignored by the other staff.

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about the irresponsible behaviour of the staff in your hospital Amity Hospital.
On 25th of September my daughter complained about stomach pain at around 2:30 am. I took her to the hospital to get her examined by the doctor. The staff present were not friendly and they were not ready to listed to my problem. Moreover, they were busy in gossips and watching televisions. We had to wait for 4 hours before my daughter was treated by the doctor and meanwhile my daughter had to suffer the excruciating pain for 4 hours.
I am very disappointed with your staff and their cruel nature towards me and my daughter. This type of staff should not be appointed.
I would request you to appoint employees who are more responsible and sensible. Moreover, they perform their duties and tasks effectively and efficiently.
I hope you will take my suggestions into consideration and will impose necessary actions.
