you were on a pleasant trip and had rented a flat from your friend who was on a holiday. Write a letter to your friend and in your letter writ him:
>how you felt about the trip and
>how did you take care of his house in his absence.
Dear Sam,
Hope you are doing good. Firstly, I want to thank you for the favour of letting me stay at your house in your absence. It was a life changing experience for me as I have done the house chores by myself. I learnt to cook, doing laundry and all other essential daily tasks.
I must say that your locality is pretty good and neighbours are very helpful and supportive as one day I was not well and they arranged a doctor for me. Also, the prescribed medicines and food too. they took good care of me and only because of them I was able to attend the meeting which was one of the main reason for this trip.
I explored the local market and got some indoor plants like aloe vera and snake plant. Both the plants help to purify the indoor environment. I have already paid this month's electricity and water bill. I used to mop and clean the house once every two days. Though, you were missed otherwise we could have explored a few new places and would have enjoyed my trip more.
I hope you will like the changes and hoping to see you soon.
Regards,
Nisha
