To whom it may concern,
I am writing to compliment the services offered by your employees in big bazaar super market downtown. Further I would like to explain how the supervisor (Tony) and his staff helped me, along with a general recommendation.
I usually visit to your store to buy grocery every weekend; however, my last visit was highly pleasant and contented when a young man who is the supervisor of the store helped me. Actually, when I purchased all the items and was ready to check out on the cash counter, it came to my realization that I forgot my purse in the car. As you may know how arduous it is for a person in late 60's to go back to parking to pick my purse and back to counter as I was already feeling tired after the weekly shopping. Fortunately, the supervisor agreed to go and pick that purse for me from parking, meanwhile, another employee offered me water and a seat to wait. Finally, the supervisor came back with my purse and I cleared the cash counter.
This kind of helpful and humble behavior sincerely catches my heart that day and I would like to recommend this act of kindness in weekend newspaper under the column of city's unsung heroes.
I am completely humble and thankful for the kind cooperation by your employees.
