Dear Mary,
Hope you are doing great. I received the email you sent two weeks ago enquiring about tips to keep fit and healthy.
Well,I'd like to remind you that I'm not a professional gym teacher and I won't be able to offer a detailed information concerning staying healthier.
I'd suggest you try these few hints. Firstly, you must not eat dinner late at night that should be taken on or before 7pm and it must be a light mark for easy digestion. Secondly, you might want to go for roadwork on weekends and if you don't mind,I could also join you.
But if you are not satisfied with these few tips, you may choose to speak to one of our trained professional gym teacher where am currently working. Although, the charge is quite expensive,but you won't regret spending that much as you will get an in-depth teaching on keeping fit.
Kindly get back to me as soon as possible to know your decisions.
