Dear Sir or Madam,
I am one of your customers who have bought a P.C. keyboard roughly five months ago. I am writing to inform you about a tech-fault related to it and ask you to take action about it.
As I am a stay-at-home self-employed engineer, my keyboard is of vital use to my work. Unfortunately, its "ENTER" button gets stuck from time to time and disturbs both my work and concentration. Not to mention that it makes some damages to my digital files and causes considerable delays to my project, as a result, I am behind the schedule.
I believe, as this piece has a one-year warranty, it would be great if you replace it with a new one or still better, refund me thus I will be able to purchase another one.
I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. By the way, should you have further questions about this matter do not hesitate to contact me on email@gmail.com.
Yours faithfully,
SAEED ATAEI
