Dear Mr. Smith,
Greetings for the day!
I am writing this letter, to get your permission to work in our company's head office in London.
I am keenly interested to work in our head office for six months since I heard about the training provided by our board of directors regarding new marketing strategies. Owing to this I applied for the training about this session last month, and now I got an offer letter from our board of directors to join this training work for six months.
I am well aware of the situation when I was not here at our local branch. My temporary absence not only may affect our daily routine work but also to my client. However, I assure you that in my absence my assistance Rahul handle all my work. Further, I assure you that I check I may email on daily basis and reply to all my clients as soon as possible.
If you allow me to leave, then I really come back with new strategies, which will help us to promote our products. Besides this, I need your assistance to arrange my flight ticket on 13th September by airlines, and also transportation to reach International airport Delhi. Could you help me all this as soon possible?
Yours Sincerely,
Amanpreet Kaur
