Dear Harsha,
I am writing this letter to inform that I will stay in London office for the next six months to support the ongoing production activities of our client and request to arrange the travel and accommodation.
Firstly, as you are already aware that we have successfully completed our project development last month and deployed in live environment. Currently, client in London facing issues in the production and asking us to support them for six months. Due to privacy and data protection policy, I need to present in the client’s country to access the data. So, I am traveling to our head office in London and work from there for the next six months.
However, I will be in touch with our team members through a sprint call every morning and assign the tasks and update the status to you as usual. Since we are currently working for the same client, most of my work will not be halted or disturbed even though I am away.
Lastly, I request you to arrange the flight tickets (date will be sent through email) and cab facilities for the staying period. Also, please arrange the accommodation for 2 people as I am traveling with my family.
