I am writing this letter to seek your approval due to my younger brother's marriage.
To begin with, my brother is going to be married on 10th December at Hotel Grand, Kolkata. As no other family member is able to handle all the events, my presence is extremely important.
For that reason, there is a need for seven days' leave, as a traditional Hindu wedding will take a series of events from going to a pilgrimage to pre-wedding events to the main function. So that time will be sufficient for me to make the necessary arrangements to make this family event splendid.
As far as the regular work of the company is concerned, I have handed all the files to my assistant Mr. John, who will take care of the international projects during my absence.
